A decent buffet breakfast at the hotel to get the day started (plus sneaking out extras for snacks), then some work via the internet (not me, Char!). Hoofed our bags over to the train station and stuck them in a locker.
Now we had a few hours of unencumbered free time before our train to Oslo. What did we do? Shopping of course. :P Walked up and down various pedestrian streets, looking for some souvenirs that were everywhere when we didn't want them, but took us most of our time to find any today when we did want them! Also went into a few H&M's (it's a Swedish brand and they're everywhere here, as popular as Tim Horton's in Ontario!).
In the train station we spent the last of our money on snacks, then proceeded to write a postcard. Unfortunately it was time to catch our train and we didn't have time to find a mailbox. Time was so short we had to run to the platform and barely made it on! Hopefully Norway accepts Swedish stamps. :P
The train was delayed by an hour (not really sure why, the announcement was in Swedish), but we eventually made it. Met our AirBnB host, who showed us around his cool loft and then left to go relieve his babysitter (who was there extra long since our train was delayed).
