Flinders Chase was the plan for the day! Started off a bit later than planned (tired!) but still out and about at a reasonable hour. Did the ~1 hour drive (speeding past a tour bus so that we'd get to the sites before they clog it up) and went to the visitor center to pay the entrance fee and get more info. The helpful staff gave us a map and a suggested list of things to do -- so much!
Admiral's Arch was amazeballs! Totally kept wanting to climb it (apparently not allowed), but there appeared to be tons of caves with cool features to climb. The Remarkable Rocks were (duh) quite remarkable -- oddly worn away granite boulders on top of a granite mound (with the scenic seashore behind). The Snake Lagoon hike/bushwalk took up a bunch of the afternoon -- super scenic ending of the hike (small cove/beach) with awesome caves in the cliff walls (again making me want to go climbing!).

On our way out of the park we once again stopped at the visitor center. I asked the ranger about where we could see koalas (we'd been looking all day) and he's like "there's some out back", then took us out to show us! Now that's customer service. :) The wild koalas didn't make for awesome photos (too much koala butt), so here's a kangaroo instead.

Drove all the way across the island to check out the Penneshaw Penguin Tour. It was a different vibe from the Kingscote tour and we ended up seeing a similar number of penguins (~6).
